Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources no longer issues a written “hard copy” of fishing and hunting licenses. They are only available online and must be purchased over the internet. If you are purchasing for the first time you will also need to first purchase a Outdoors Card which you will be directed to purchase as part of your license purchase process. If you already have a Outdoors Card from a previous Ontario licenses you do not need to purchase another one, you can enter that card number and your information will already be in the data base for license purchase.
